Hello everybody, Laura & Yohan are two young super nice & kind people, they warmly welcomed me in Nice. The appartement is new renovated with very big rooms, nice bath and a sweet kitchen, the ceilings in the rooms are arround 3 meters high which makes it very comfortable and cozy. And the beach its only 10min to walk from home! I absolutely recommend to stay here for everyone! Kind regards, Mike

Gamal is a very nice, sociable, and communicative gentleman. He left my place very clean.

Après un mois chez Aude, je suis bien installé. Le fait que le logement soit en colocation avec d'autres personnes me plait. Aude et Mathieu sont très sympathiques et répondent vite à nos questions et besoins.

Etienne est très clair dans la communication , il est respectueux des lieux, des personnes. Il a su s'intégrer en simplicité dans la colocation. Je le recommande comme locataire , fiable, enthousiaste, organisé et sympathique!
